Arizona Life Coalition Membership

Three levels of membership are available with the Arizona Life Coalition, Member Organization, Supporting Member Organization and Individual Member.

Member Organization:

A. Each Member Organization must be an Arizona charitable non-profit organization.

B. Each Member Organization must subscribe to the Statement of Principles.

C. Each Member Organization must have a major emphasis on pro-life services or issues as demonstrated by their mission statement and/or by their activities.

D. Acknowledge compliance with Internal Revenue Service and State of Arizona reporting requirements.

E. Commit to an active participation by attending at least two of the four quarterly Board of Directors meetings each year.

F. Each Member Organization must be approved by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors

G. Pay a membership fee of $250 (waived until 12/31/2003)

Supporting Member Organization:

A. Each Supporting Member Organization must be an Arizona charitable non-profit organization.

B. Each Supporting Member Organization must subscribe to the Statement of Principles.

C. Each Supporting Member Organization must have a some emphasis on pro-life services or issues as demonstrated by their mission statement and/or by their activities.

D. Each Supporting Member Organization must be approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors

E. Pay a membership fee of $150 (waived until 12/31/2003)

Individual Member: Individuals, corporations, associations and others may be Individual Members.

A. Each Individual Member must subscribe to the Statement of Principles.

B. Each Individual Member must complete the Individual Member application.

C. Pay a membership fee of $50 (waived until 12/31/2003)
